TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Mr Tony Button Does hereby give notice that on 19 March 2024 served application on the Licensing Authority, Worthing Borough Council and the relevant authorities for a new premises licence for a micro bar to be known as:
The Foresters Micro Pub, 13 Station Parade, Tarring Road, Worthing, BN11 4SS
The application is to allow the Licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for consumption ‘On & Off’ the premises
The application seeks to allow Licensable activities to be conducted between the hours of:
14:00hrs to 21:00hrs Monday – Thursday
12:00hrs to 21:30hrs Friday & Saturday
12:00hrs to 19:00hrs Sunday
Any person who desires to make objection to the said grant should set out, in writing, a brief statement of the grounds of his/her objection and send to : The Licensing Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils, Worthing Town Hall, Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA

Representations must reach the Licensing Unit no later than: 16 April 2024

worthing Information as to the date of any hearing required to determine the application may be obtained from the Adur & Worthing Councils’ Licensing Unit.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000
