NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is given that Robert Sykes & Scott Bowden have applied to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of: OwDo! Café & Bar, Unit 3, 105 – 109 Effingham Street, Rotherham, S65 1BL
The application seeks consent to allow the:
Sale of alcohol between the hours of 12:00 – 23:00 Wednesdays – Sundays, with opening hours of Wednesday – Sunday 12:00 – 23:30”
It is open to any person to make representations to the application. Representations, which can be for or against the application, should be delivered to the Licensing Manager, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE or emailed to
licensing@rotherham.gov.uk
The last date for the receipt of representations is 17th April 2024

website, www.rotherham.gov.uk/licensing
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
