What is proposed?

NOTICE OF APPLICATION UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given We Boojum GB Trading Limited have made an application under section 17 of part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for the grant of a premises licence for the premises known as:
92 Merrion Street, The Merrion Centre, Leeds
We intend to conduct on or from the premises the following licensable activities:
Supply of alcohol consecutively from Monday to Sunday from 11:30am to 10pm.
Interested parties or responsible authorities (within the meaning of the Act) may make written representations to Leeds City Council about this application until 22 April 2024 which should be sent to the following address: Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR.
