H., Dagenham Road, RM10 7UP The Licensable activities are: (indoors only) (Films- Sporting events-Live & Recorded music-Dance ) mon-thurs 10.00 - 23.30, fri-sat 10.00-00.30, sun 11.00-23.30 seasonal variations (exc Films & Sport Events) Xmas Eve 10.00-01.00, NYE 10.00- 03.00, Bank Hols 10.00-01.30, Late Night Refreshment - Ffri-sat 23.00-00.30, Xmas Eve 23.00-01.00, Xmas Day 23.00-00.00, Boxing Day 23.00-01.00, NYE 23.00-03.00, NYD 23.00-00.00 Supply of alcohol on and off the Premises - mon-thurs 10.00-23.30, fri-sat 10.00 - 00.30, sun 10.00-23.30, Xmas Eve 10.00-01.00, Xmas Day 11.00-15.00 & 19.00-00.00, Boxing Day 10.00-01.00, NYE 10.00-03.00, NYD 10.00-00.00, Bank Hol Mondays 10.00-23.00. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the: Licensing Department, Regulatory Service, Barking Town Hall, 1 Clock House Avenue, Barking IG11 7LU or by email to licensing@lbbd.gov.uk
Representations must be recieved by 15th April 2024. The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or www.lbbd.gov.uk. The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence. To do so could result in prosecution and a fine of any amount.
