Himely Road, Himley - Premises Licence

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE I/We: WORD OF MOUTH EVENTS LIMITED have applied to SOUTH STAFFORDSHIRE COUNCIL for a premises licence for: HIMLEY HALL PARK, HIMLEY ROAD, HIMLEY, DUDLEY, DY3 4DF. So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: SALE OF ALCOHOL, RECORDED MUSIC & DANCING FROM 1PM - 10PM ON SATURDAY 5TH AUGUST 2023.

Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, by no later than the: 1ST AUGUST 2023 Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. 

Representations must be relevant and can only be on the licensing objectives of the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils’ Licensing Sub- Committee. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for a person to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
