Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Troia (UK) Restaurants Limited has applied to Canterbury City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Ivy Canterbury, Unit 1, 15/16 The Parade & 2/4 Rose Lane, Canterbury, CT1 2SH.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are : 1. The Provision of Regulated Entertainment in the form of Recorded Music from 08:00 hours to 00:30 hours Monday to Sunday (Indoors Only); 2.The Provision of Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 hours to 00:00 hours Monday to Sunday (Indoors and Outdoors); 3.The Sale of Alcohol from 10:00 hours to 00:00 hours Monday to Sunday (On and Off Sales); 4. Opening Hours from 08:00 hours to 00:30 hours Monday to Sunday.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team, Canterbury City Council, Military Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 1YW no later than 22nd April 2024 stating the grounds for representation.The register of Canterbury City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website – www.canterbury.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
