NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 15th March 2024, Euro Garages Limited applied to Newport City Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express PFS Casnewydd, 17-25 Chepstow Road, Newport, Wales NP19 8BW. The proposed licensable activities are;- 1. The supply of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 00.00 to 24.00. 2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- Licensing Services, PO Box 883, Civic Centre, Newport NP20 9LR no later than the 12th April 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Newport City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
