NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Applicant: Prestigious Enterprises Ltd. Premises: Serenity Ladies Spa & Gym, 39-45 Pink Lane, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE1 5DW. Notice is hereby given that Prestigious Enterprises Ltd has applied on the 21st March 2024 to Newcastle City Council for a New Premises Licence application under the Licensing Act 2003. The application sought is to permit the sale of alcohol (on the premises only) 11.00 to 23.00 from the Bistro area of the premises only. The opening hours of the premises will be every day 07.00 to 23.00. Conditions will apply. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Department, Newcastle City Council, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH. Representations must be received no later than 18th April 2024. The application record and register maybe viewed during normal office hours at the above address or atwww.newcastle.gov.uk.

It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
