NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR TIME LIMITED PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Stone Nest has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 18th March 2024 for the grant of a time-limited premises licence to use the premises at Welsh Chapel, 136 Shaftesbury Avenue, London W1D 5EZ for the provision of regulated entertainment, late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol to the same hours and activities as the existing licence 21/14611/LIPN for a limited period of two years, with plans and conditions as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing, Westminster City Council, City Hall, 64 Victoria Street SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 15th April 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
