Application for a Major Variation to a Premises Licence

An application has been made by Justerini & Brooks Ltd for a major variation to a premises licence at 40-41 Burlington Arcade, London W1J 0QE.

The application provides for the extension of hours for the supply of alcohol to 23.00 Monday to Saturday and 22.30 on Sundays.

Representations may be made by interested parties and Responsible Authorities to the licensing authority at Licensing Service 64 Victoria Street London SW1E 6QP. Any representations relating to the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address, or at licensing@westminster.gov.uk by no later than the 11th April 2024.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The maximum fine on conviction is unlimited.
