NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT LS Lexington Ltd has applied to London Borough of Islington on 19 March 2024 to vary the premises licence at Quality Wines, 88-90 Farringdon Road, London, EC1R 3EA so as to extend the terminal hour for the sales of alcohol by one hour to 23:00 Tuesday to Saturday only, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Alcohol and entertainment licences, Islington Council, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR or by email to: licensing@islington.gov.uk to be received by no later than 16 April 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation. The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.Islington.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
