I Dylan Mitchell of The Rock Box, 63 King William Street, Blackburn BB1 7DT hereby give notice that I have applied to VARY a Premises Licence in respect of The Rock Box as follows:- List activity and timings: Recorded Music - Fri & Sat 10:00 to 02:30. Sale of alcohol - Fri & Sat 10:00 to 02:00. Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations on this application in writing to the Licensing Section, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Davyfield Depot, White Dove Building, Roman Road Industrial Estate, Blackburn BB1 2LX, or by email to: licensingteam@blackburn.gov.uk by no later than 28 days after the date of the application. The full application can be viewed at the above offices (by prior appointment made on 01254-267666) between 10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday or at the Council's website - www.blackburn.gov.uk.

IT IS AN OFFENCE knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application for which you may be liable to a fine of up to £5000 on summary conviction.
