What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003. Notice of Application for a Premises Licence

I Darren Shaw hereby give notice that an application was made to Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council on the 15th March 2024 for a new Premises Licence to operate a premises at: 138 Stockport Road, Cheadle, SK8 2DP.

From which the following licensable activities are proposed.

Retail of Alcohol for consumption on and off the premises From 12:00 to 00:00 Monday to Sunday, and Laten Night Refreshment from 23:00 to 00:00 Monday To Sunday.

The full application may be inspected, free of charge, at the offices of the council at The Licensing Officer (2003) Environmental Health & Trading Standards, Fred Perry House, Edward Street, Stockport SK1 3XE or online at www.stockport.gov.uk

Any interested party or Responsible Authority may make representations in writing to the Licensing Section within 28 Consecutive Days of the day of application was made as detailed above. The last day for representations being the 12/04/2024

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and a person may be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine. 15/03/20
