Statement of relevant Licensable Activities, or Relevant Qualifying Club Activities, which it is proposed, will be carried on, on or from the premises.

Has applied for a variation to the club premises certificate for the extension of the supply of alcohol Friday and Saturday 11.00 - 01.00 (on and off the premises) and to extend live/recorded music Sunday to Tuesday 23.00 - 23.30, Wednesday and Thursday 23.00 - 00.00 and Friday and Saturday 23.00 - 01.00 (indoors).

Variation is to also amend conditions

The Licensing Register may be inspected at the Licensing Authority, East Riding of Yorkshire Council, Public Protection Department, County Hall, Beverley East Riding of Yorkshire HU17 9BA between 9.00am and 5.00pm Monday to Thursday (4.30pm on Fridays) except public holidays, http://www2.eastriding.gov.uk/business-licences-andregistrations/ public-registers/alcohol-entertainment-andfood/
