What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for
Variation of a Premises Licence.

Charles Norden is applying for the variation of a
Premises Licence for DeLovely, 82 Lord St FY1
2DG. If granted the application will allow the sale
of alcohol to the public from 1200–0000
Monday-Sunday. Any person wishing to make
representations in relation to this application must
do so in writing, including their address & telephone
number by 17/04/24 to Licensing Service, Blackpool
Council, Municipal Buildings, PO Box 4, Blackpool,
FY1 1NA. Tel. 01253 478572. It is an offence
knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application, a person doing so
may be liable to a fine on conviction of up to £5,000.
