What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that We have an application under
section 17 Part 3 of the Licensing Act 2003 for grant of a
premises Licence by Ermias Gebreyohans for the Premises
known as Summerfield Post Office, 156 Dudley Road,
Birmingham B18 7QS.
We intend to conduct on or from the premises the following
licensable activities: Sale of Alcohol off the premises:
Monday to Sunday 07:00 to 21:00.
Interested parties or responsible authorities may make
written representation to: General Licensing, Regulation &
Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham, B2 2HJ /
licensing@birmingham.gov.uk, by 11 April 2024. For full

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application and the
maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for
this offence is unlimited.
