APPLICATION FOR GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that O & N Enterprises Limited has applied for the Grant of a Premises Licence for a convenience store and off licence known as Delicatessen, 42 Radford Road, Radford, Nottingham, NG7 5FS. The application is to allow for sale of alcohol between 08.00 and 23.00 each day of the week.
The address of the responsible Licensing Authority where the register of applications is kept is The Licensing Officer, Licensing Services, Nottingham City Council, Central Police Station, Byron House, Maid Marian Way, Nottingham NG1 6HS where the details of the full application may be inspected during normal office hours, or alternatively at the Licensing Authority’s website at www.nottingham.gov.uk (follow the links)
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to the Responsible Licensing Authority at the address stated to be received no later than 10th April 2024.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
