What is proposed?
Licensing Act 2003
Application has been made by Innspired Leisure (Durham) Limited Co the Licensing Authority of Durham County Council for a Premises Licence for Bohemia at Unit 3, Freeman Place, Walkergate, Durham, DH1 1SQ.
The application includes the following terms:-
1 .To enable the sale of alcohol between 10:00hrs and 01:00hrs daily. 2. To permit regulated entertainments and the provision of late-night refreshment as specified in the application between 10:00hrs and 02:30hrs daily (as applicable). 3. To enable the sale of alcohol, provision of regulated entertainment and late-night refreshment for extended hours on New Years Eve and the morning British Summer Time is applied, as specified in the application.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
