What is proposed?

Notice is given that Steven Cooper has applied to the licensing authority to grant the premises licence under the licensing act 2003.

Premises: Barleylands Farm, Barleylands Rd, Billericay CM11 2UD.

The proposed application is for: Spring Country Show.

Annually on the last Sunday and following Bank Holiday Monday in May from 10:00am until 18:00pm.

Classic Car Show. Annually on the second Sunday in September from 10:00am until 18:00pm.

To include the on-site sale of alcohol, the playing of both live and pre-recorded music, Wrestling and dance displays.

Both events are to be repeated annually on the same weekend.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: The Licensing Authority, The Basildon Centre St. Martin's Square Basildon. Representations must be received by 14th April 2024.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence.
