NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE GAMBLING ACT 2005 (FORM A)
Notice is hereby given that: HOOTON BINGO LTD of the following address: 39-43 Bridge Street, Swinton, Mexborough, S64 8AP is/are applying for a premises licence under section 159 of the Gambling Act 2005 to operate: BINGO.
The application relates to the following premises: Hooton Bingo Ltd. inside the marquee located within the field at Hooton Lodge Farm, Kilnhurst Road, Rotherham, S65 4TE.
The application has been made to Rotherham Metropolitan Borough Council, Licensing Service, Riverside House, Main Street, Rotherham, S60 1AE.

A person who lives sufficiently close to the premises to be likely to be affected by the authorised activities

Any representations must be made by the following date: 8th April 2024.
It is an offence under section 342 of the Gambling Act 2005 if a person, without reasonable excuse, gives to a licensing authority for a purpose connected with that Act information which is false or misleading.
