LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR NEW PREMISES LICENCE

I/We Chandos Community Centre have applied to NEWHAM COUNCIL for a premises licence for: Chandos Community Centre, Colegrave Road, Stratford E15 1DZ So that the following licensable activities may be provided on the following days and hours: On supply of alcohol Mon - Thurs 17:00 - 23:00, Friday 17:00 - 00:00, Saturday 12:00 - 00:00, Sunday 10:00 - 22.30. Newham Council's Licensing Register is kept at the office of the Licensing Team, East Ham Town Hall, Barking Road, London E6 2RP (open 10am to 4pm Monday to Friday), 020 3373 1925, where details of the application may be inspected.

Any representations against the application must be made in writing and received by the Licensing Team at the above address by no later than the: 1st April 2024. Individuals, businesses and other bodies may make representations in relation to the application. Representations must be relevant and can only be based upon the Licensing Objectives; the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm. Copies of all representations will be sent to the applicant. Persons making representations will have to appear at the Councils' Licensing Sub-Committee. Note: It is an offence, liable on conviction to a fine up to £5,000 for an applicant to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
