ENVIRONMENT AGENCY

The Environment Agency is proposing to revoke (cancel) licence numbers 28/39/28/0290 held by Gade Valley Farms Ltd, 28/39/28/0220 held by Gardener Partners and 28/39/28/0126 held by Gorhambury Estates Co.

The Environment Agency is required to give notice of this proposal. The Environment Agency give this notice under section 52 of the Water Resources Act 1991 and regulation 31 of the Water Resources (Abstraction and Impounding) Regulations 2006.

The Environment Agency has made this proposal as part of a programme to achieve sustainable abstraction and to conserve, and secure the proper use of, water resources.
