What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that IPA Trading Limited has applied to Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as IPA, 8 Elgin Crescent, London, W11 2HX.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption both on and off the premises Monday to Saturday 0900 to 2130, Sunday 1100 to 2000; opening hours Monday to Saturday 0900 to 2200, Sunday 1100 to 2030. N.B. On sales of alcohol will be restricted to those customers attending a masterclass or tasting session or seated at any outside tables and chairs area permitted by the relevant authority at the premises.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by email to licensing@rbkc.gov.uk or by post to The Licensing Team, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London, W8 7NX no later than 9th April 2024 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.rbkc.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
