NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Alexandra Peace has applied to Nuneaton & Bedworth Borough Council for a Premises Licence in respect of Poplars Farm, 45 The Long Shoot, Nuneaton, CV11 6JG The application is for: Live & Recorded music (indoor & outdoor) Monday to Friday 09:00-23:00, Saturday 09:00-00:00 & Sunday 09:00-22:00 and the Sale of alcohol (on the premises) Monday to Friday 09:00- 23:00; Saturday 09:00-00:00 & Sunday 09:00-22:00
The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Section, Town Hall, Coton Rd, Nuneaton CV11 5AA
A responsible authority or any other person may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Section at the same address or by e-mail to licensing@ nuneatonandbedworth.gov.uk by 6th April 2024
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
