Licensing Act 2003 Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under Section 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 7th March 2024, Asda Stores Limited applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets for a Premises licence in respect of premises Asda Express 607 Commercial Road, Limehouse, London E14 7NT.

The proposed licensable activities are:-

1. The sale by retail of alcohol on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 06.00 to 24.00.

2. To permit late night refreshment on Mondays to Sundays between the hours of 23.00 and 05.00.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- The Licensing Section, Tower Hamlets Town Hall, 160 Whitechapel Road, London E1 1BJ or by email to licensing@towehamlets.gov.uk no later than the 4th April 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of London Borough of Tower Hamlets Council and the record of the application may be inspected between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday at the above Council address.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
