THE LONDON BOROUGH OF HOUNSLOW FOR variation
of premises license for the sale of alcohol
Monday 10am - 10pm, Tuesday to Saturday 10am -11pm,
Sunday 11am - 10pm on the ground and first floor FOR
THE PREMISES The Whistling Oyster 46 Devonshire
Road, Chiswick, W4 2HD
APPLICATION HAS ALSO BEEN MADE FOR THE
FOLLOWING OPENING HOURS Monday 10am - 10pm,
Tuesday to Saturday 10am -11pm, Sunday 11am - 10pm
on the ground and first floor.
ANYONE WISHING TO MAKE REPRESENTATIONS
TO THIS APPLICATION MUST GIVE NOTICE IN
WRITING PREFERABLY VIA EMAIL BY 11th April 2024.
Representations will still be accepted via post, however
there could be a delay in us receiving them within the
limited 28 day time period. Email: licensing@ hounslow.

The Council are required to copy all representations
received in full (name, addresses & contact details)
to the applicant. If you don't wish your contacts to be
passed on, please state that in your representation. Any
representations must be received by 11th April 2024.
Regrettably no representations can be received after
this date. A person making representation may address
members of the licensing panel at a subsequent
hearing, although all representations will be considered
whether the author attends or not. The full application
can be viewed online at www.hounslow.gov.uk or at
the above address during normal opening hours.
