NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is given that Hamid Fallahnia has applied to Islington Council for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 in respect of La Fabrica, 45 Stroud Green Road, London, N4 3EF. The proposed application is to authorise the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premise Monday to Saturday from 12:00 hours to 23:00 hours and on Sunday from 12:00 hours to 22:30 hours. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to the: Licensing Support Team, Public Protection, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR or licensing@islington.gov.uk  Representations must be received no later than: 8 April 2024 The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.islington.gov.uk Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
