What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application To Vary A Premises Licence Under Section 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 6th March 2024 Valiant Pub Company Limited applied to North Yorkshire Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises The Queens Head, 49 High Street, Stokesley, Middlesbrough TS9 5AD.

The proposed variation is-

1. To extend the start time for all licensable activities and opening time to 09:00 Monday to Sunday.

2. To replace all conditions within the premises licence.

Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- North Yorkshire Council, Licensing, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Rotary Way, Northallerton DL6 2UU no later than 3rd April 2024 stating the grounds for representations.

The register of North Yorkshire Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
