What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENCING ACT 2003

EMFRAN LIMITED/T/A EVERYMAN BARBERS Is applying for the GRANT of a Premises Licence at 1259 Pershore Road, Stirchley, Birmingham, B30 2YT.

If GRANTED the application will allow:

Supply of alcohol Monday-Friday 10:00-19:00
Saturday 09:00-18:00 Sunday 11:00- 17:00

Any person, who wishes to make a representation, must do so in writing, preferably by email to: licencing@birmingham. gov.uk

Or alternatively by post to General Licencing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ.

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice i.e. by midnight on 10th April 2024.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licencing Act 2003, to make a false statement in or in connection with this application.

Those who make a false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
