NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
UNDER SECTION I7 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003
Notice is hereby given that Abbey Fresh Food Ltd has applied for a premises licence to Vale of White Horse District Council in relation to Abbey Fresh Food, 4 High Street, Abingdon, OX14 5BA to permit the provision of the following licensable activities:
Retail Sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises Monday to Sunday 07.00hrs - 20:00hrs.
The licensing register and details of this application may be inspected during normal office hours at the below address or online at www.whitehorsedcjjoy.uk.
Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in writing to, Licensing Team, Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE or email to licensing.unit@whitehorsedc.gov.uk
Such written representation must be received by 29/03/2023 clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false connection with an application. The maximum fine for whicn a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
