APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE

We, Harts Head Giggleswick Ltd, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE that an application for a variation to a Premises licence has been submitted to North Yorkshire Council in relation to premises known as Harts Head Inn and situate at Belle Hill, Giggleswick, Settle, BD24 0BA, a brief description of the proposed variation being to vary the permitted timings for sale of alcohol to begin at 11.00am each day; to extend the opening time to 10.00am each day; to amend the non-standard timings; to amend the plans that accompany the premises licence; and to remove some outdated and/or redundant conditions and replace them with a more relevant conditions.

Any interested party or responsible authority may make representations in connection with the application. Any such representations must be made in writing and be made no later than 5th April 2024 to the relevant Licensing Authority, the postal address and, where appropriate, the world wide web address (where the register of the authority is kept and where the record of the application may be inspected) being as follows: licensing Section, North Yorkshire Council, 1 Belle Vue Square, Skipton, BD23 1FJ (www.northyorks.gov.uk)

Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction.
