NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF CLUB PREMISES CERTIFICATE

TAKE NOTICE that we Broughton Road Bowling Club and Institute have applied to North Yorkshire Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the variation of a club premises certificate in respect of premises known as Broughton Road Bowling Club and Institute, Thornton Street, Skipton BD23 1ST FOR the variation of the plans of the premises. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Licensing Manager (West), 1 Belle Vue Square, Broughton Road, Skipton BD23 1FJ by 1st April 2024. Any person wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to an unlimited fine.
