What is proposed?

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Sagoo Properties Limited has applied to Leeds City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Booze 4 U, 220 Roundhay Road, Leeds, LS8 5AA. The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 00:00 to 00:00 (24 hours). The premises are open 24 hours daily. This is an application for a ‘Shadow Licence’ in the name of the landlord. We are applying for the ‘Shadow Licence’ in exactly the same terms as the existing licence. The two licences will not operate at the same time. Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above- entioned application must be received in writing by Entertainment Licensing, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, Leeds, LS1 1UR no later than 8 April 2024 stating the grounds for objection. The register of Leeds City Council and the record of the application may be inspected by contacting the Entertainment Licensing Section on 0113 378 5029 or email It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
