The application is to: (4) Become a licensed Restaurant (Unit 7B) For the Cork Fork PNZ Ltd, Serving Alcohol and non Alcoholic Beverages 09.00 - 00.00 Monday - Sunday A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the licensing team, Cornwall Council, PO Box 676, Threemilestone, Truro TR1 9EQ or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than (5) 5th April 2024

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000
