NOTICE is hereby given that: Tesco Stores Limited
Has applied to THE LICENSING AUTHORITY AT
MILTON KEYNES COUNCIL for a PREMISES
LICENCE at Vacant Land off Apollo Avenue
between Laelia Drive and Diana Way, Whitehouse,
Milton Keynes, MK19 6EJ. The following licensable
activities are proposed during the following times:
The provision of late-night refreshment (indoors) on
the following days: Monday-Sunday, 23:00-00:00.
The sale by retail of alcohol for consumption off the
premises on the following days: Monday-Sunday,
06:00-00:00.

Council. This is accessible Mondays to Thursday
between the hours of 9am to 5pm, and Fridays 9am
to 4pm (excluding bank holidays) or online at www.

responsible authority may make representations
either against or in support of the application in
writing. THE CLOSING DATE FOR
REPRESENTATIONS IS: 05/04/2024.
