Notice of application for a premises licence

Anna Halina Pstras applied to Rugby Borough
Council on 1st March 2024 for a premises licence
under the Licensing Act 2003 in relation to Vena
Restaurant 7-8 North St Rugby CV21 2AB. The
application requests the following licensable activity:
• the supply of alcohol from 09:00 to 02:00, Monday
– Sunday
• Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 to 02:00,
Monday – Sunday
Anyone who wishes to make representations
regarding the application should write to: Chief
Officer for Regulation and Safety, Rugby Borough
Council, Town Hall, Evreux Way, Rugby, CV21
2RR. Representations must be received by 29th
March 2024. The council’s licensing register can be
viewed at the Town Hall*.
It is an offence under the Licensing Act 2003 to
knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in
connection with a licence application. The maximum
fine for the offence on summary conviction is up to
level five on the standard scale (unlimited).
* The Town Hall opens from 9am to 5pm, Monday to
Friday.
