What is proposed?

An application has been made by Select Service Partner Ltd
to the Licensing Authority for the Mid Sussex District for
the variation of a Premises Licence for Pumpkin Platforms
1&2 and 3&4 Haywards Heath Railway Station
Commercial Square Haywards Heath RH16 1BJ. The
application is to; i) Approve alterations to the layout of the
Pumpkin on Platform 1&2 only, details of which are shown
on the plans submitted with the application; ii) Vary the
hours for the sale of alcohol 08.00 to 23.00 Monday to
Saturday and 10.00 to 22.30 on Sundays for both units on
Platforms 1&2 and 3&4; and iii) Change the name of the
unit on Platform 1&2 to Café Local. The application may
be viewed at the Main Reception, Mid Sussex District
Council, Oaklands, Oaklands Road, Haywards Heath, West
Sussex, RH16 1SS, during normal office hours and online
at www.midsussex.gov.uk - search for ‘Licensing
Applications received’
Responsible Authorities or other persons may make
representation on or before 5 April 2024. All representations
shall be made in writing to The Licensing Officer at Mid
Sussex District Council.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application, the fine for
which a person is liable is unlimited, on summary
conviction for the offence.
