Notice of application for the grant of a
Premises Licence under Section 17 Licensing
Act 2003

NOTICE is hereby given that Ponteland Rugby Football Club Limited has applied to Northumberland County Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of the rugby pitch and adjoining grassed area 120 metres north east of Ponteland Leisure Centre, Callerton Lane, Ponteland, Northumberland, NE20 9EG in accordance with a submitted plan. It shall operate as a Beer Festival with supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises from 15.00 to 23.00 on Friday 31st May and from 12.00 to 23.00 on Saturday 1st June 2024.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to Licensing Authority, Public Protection, Northumberland Council Council, Stakeford Depot, East View, Stakeford, Northumberland, NE62 5TR. Representations must be received by 2nd April 2024. The Application Record and Register may be viewed at www.northumberland.
gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
