APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I hereby give notice that I Brooke Darlington have applied
for a premises licence in respect of The Nab Lab, 35b King
Street, Whalley BB7 9SP. The licence is to allow sale of
alcohol by retail Monday-Sunday 09.00-21.00. A copy of
the premises licence application is available to view at:
https://www.ribblevalley.gov.uk/info/200293/licensing_and_

law and a record has been placed on the licensing auth-
ority’s public register: https://licensing.ribblevalley.gov.uk.

Any Responsible Authority or Other Person who wishes to
make representations regarding this application must give
notice in writing to the Administration & Licensing
Officer, Ribble Valley Borough Council, Council Offices,
Church Walk, Clitheroe BB7 2RA or by email to
licensing@ribblevalley.gov.uk no later than 1 April 2024.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person guilty
of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine
of any amount.
