What is proposed?

Application for the Grant of a Premises Licence
Licensing Act 2003

An application has been made by Robert Michael
DUKE to Wyre Council, the relevant Licensing
Authority, for the grant of a new Premises Licence

for Bar One, 9 Rough Lea Road, THORNTON-
CLEVELEYS, Lancashire FY5 1DA to allow the

following activities to take place:
Sale of Alcohol (On & Off the Premises), Live &
Recorded Music, Plays & Films, Indoor Sporting
Events and Late Night Refreshment
Monday – Sunday 11:00hrs – 02:00hrs
Any person wishing to make representations in
relation to this application may do so by writing to
the The Licensing Unit, Wyre Council, Civic Centre,
Breck Rd, POULTON le FYLDE FY6 7PU, or by
email to: licensing@wyre.gov.uk. This application
can be viewed at the above address during normal
office hours. Representations must be received no
later than: 2nd April 2024.
It is an offence, knowingly or recklessly, to make a
false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable, on
summary conviction, for making a false statement is
an unlimited fine.
