What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003

Application has been made by Away Resorts Ltd to the
Licensing Authority of East Lindsey District Council to
vary the Premises Licence for Tattershall Lakes Country
Park, Castle Leisure Park, Tattershall LN4 4LR. The
application includes the following terms:- To permit live
music outdoors & entertainment of a similar description
0900 to 2300 hours each day and to remove conditions at
Annex 2 as specified in the application. Full details of the
Application and the drawing can be viewed at the offices
of the Licensing Authority at East Lindsey District Council,
East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham Road,
Horncastle, Lincolnshire LN9 6PH during normal office
hours email licensing@e-lindsey.gov.uk
A responsible authority or any other person can make
written representations to the Licensing Authority at any

time up to and including 4 April 2024 (www.e-
lindsey.gov.uk)

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make
a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
