An application has been made by
Xhevahir SULI, to Somerset
Council, the relevant Licensing
Authority, for the grant of a new
Premises Licence for: Souvlike
Cheddar, The Bays, Cheddar, BS27
3QL to allow the following activities
to take Place: Sale of alcohol on and
off the premises Monday –
Saturday: 11:00 – 23:00hrs
Sunday: 11:00 – 21:00hrs.
Any person wishing to make
representations in relation to this
application may do so by writing
to Somerset Council, Bridgwater
House, Kings Square, Bridgwater,
Somerset, TA6 3AR or by email to
Licensing.sedgemoor@somerset.gov.uk. Representations must be
received no later than: 01 April

2024. A copy of the application is
and may be viewed on the
Council website at www.
somerset.gov.uk or by
appointment, during office hours,
Monday to Friday at the above
address, except bank holidays.
It is an offence, knowingly or
recklessly, to make a false
statement in connection with an
application. The maximum fine for
which a person is liable, on
summary conviction, for making a
false statement is an unlimited fine.
