What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Tocqueville Kings Ltd has applied to Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as St George Coffee, 124a & 126 King’s Road, London, SW3 4TR.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are: 1. The Supply of Alcohol from 10:00 hours to 22:00 hours Monday to Saturday and 10:00 hours to 21:00 hours on Sunday (On Sales Only); 2. Opening Hours from 08:00 hours to 22:30 hours Monday to Saturday and 09:00 hours to 21:30 hours on Sunday.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Department, Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea, The Town Hall, Hornton Street, London, W8 7NX no later than 2nd April 2024 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.rbkc.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
