Notice is hereby given that S P Mart Ltd have applied to Trafford Council for a premises licence as follows:

1) Opening hours and off sales alcohol from 07:00 to 01:00 Monday to Sunday.

2) Late night refreshment everyday from 23:00 to 01:00

Any person wishing to submit relevant representations to this application must give notice in writing

to the above address by 1st April 2024.

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine under Section 158

of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
