APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
LICENSING ACT 2003
NOTICE is hereby given that I, Miss Gemma Burleigh have
applied on 11/03/2024 to Cheshire East Council in respect
of the premises known as THE BUTTON WAREHOUSE
44-48 CHESTERGATE, MACCLESFIELD, SK11 6BA
for a NEW PREMISES LICENCE to provide the following
licensable activities:
The sale of alcohol, live music, recorded music, plays, live
performances of dance and anything of a similar nature
between the hours of MONDAY - SUNDAY 11:00am -
00:00 am
Representations shall be made in writing to the below
address on or before the following date: 08/04/2024

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or
recklessly make a false statement in connection with this
application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
