Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application for Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Korea Foods Co Ltd has applied to the Reading Borough Council on 29th Feb 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Unit 6-7, St Mary's Butts, Broad Street Mall, Reading, RG1 2LN for the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 23:00 and Sunday 10:00 to 22:00.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 3 Apr 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation to the: Reading Borough Council Licensing Authority, Licensing, Civic Offices, Bridge Street, Reading, RG1 2LU or email to: licensing@reading.gov.uk.

The register can be viewed online by visiting www.https://www.reading.gov.uk and following the link of public notices of new licence applications.

Representations must be received by the licensing authority by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is £5000.
