NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT MP St Paul’s Management Limited has applied to City of London on 05 March 2024 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at Market Place St Paul’s, Unit 4 150 Cheapside, London, EC2V 6ET for the provision of regulated entertainment (live & recorded music), the provision of late night refreshment and the sale by retail of alcohol between 09:00 and 23:30 Monday to Saturday and between 09:00 and 23:00 Sunday, as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Section, City of London, PO Box 270 Guildhall, London, EC2P 2EJ to be received by no later than 02 April 2024 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.cityoflondon.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
