NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17

Notice is hereby given that on the 4th March 2024 Ei Group Limited applied to North Somerset Council for a Premises licence in respect of premises Parish Pump, Queensway, Worle, Weston-Super-Mare BS22 6BT. The proposed licensable activities are: - 1. To permit Supply of Alcohol and Films on Monday to Wednesday 11.00 to 23.30 Thursday to Saturday 11.00 to 00.30 and Sunday 12.00 to 22.30. 2. To permit Live Music Monday to Thursday 21.00 to 23.00 Friday 20.30 to 23.30 Saturday 20.30 to 23.00 and Sunday 14.30 to 17.30. 3. To permit Recorded Music Monday to Thursday 11.00 to 23.00 Friday to Saturday 11.00 to 23.30 and Sunday 14.30 to 17.30. 4. To permit Performance of Dance Monday to Thursday 11.00 to 23.00 Friday to Saturday 11.00 to 23.30 and Sunday 14.30 to 22.30. 5. To permit anything of a similar description Monday to Thursday 18.00 to 23.00 Friday to Saturday 18.00 to 00.00 and Sunday 12.00 to 22.30.

Please note - this application is in identical terms to the existing trading licence. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- North Somerset Council, Licensing Team, Town Hall, Walliscote Grove Road, Weston-super-Mare, Somerset BS23 1UJ or email licensing@n-somerset.gov.uk no later than the 1st April 2024 stating the grounds for representations. The register of North Somerset Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the above address during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
