CONTROL OF SEX ESTABLISHMENTS I David Parsons hereby give notice that, in accordance with Section 2 and Schedule 3 of the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982, on 5th of March 2024. I applied to City of Wolverhampton Council for the grant of a licence to enable me to carry on the business of a Sex Shop, Dance Bar, and Sex Cinema at premises known as Foxy Lady, 146 Oxford Street, Bilston, Wolverhampton, WV14 7DP. The proposed days and hours being:- Monday - Sunday 1200- 0600 hrs. Any person wishing to object to the application should submit representations in writing to the City of Wolverhampton Council, Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1 1DA by not later than 26 March, 2024.
