NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION
OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that We, Spirit Pub Company
(Services) Limited have applied to Fylde Council on 5th
March 2024 for a variation to a premises licence to use the
premises at the: Grapes Hotel, Ribby Road, Wrea Green,
Preston, Lancashire, PR4 2PH. To vary the licensing plan
for a full refurbishment including alterations to the bar
servery. Fixed seating: some areas to be removed and some
new sections. Removal of internal lobby walls and
widening of one existing doorway to improve access. For
full and further details please refer to the application and
plan. Any part of the variation application that changes the
plan/layout at the premises to be of no effect until the work
has been completed. Any person who wishes to make a
representation in relation to this application must give
notice in writing of his/her representation by 2nd April 2024
stating the grounds for making said representation to the:

licensing@fylde.gov.uk The application may be inspected
at the offices of: Fylde Borough Council, Town Hall,
Lytham St Annes, FY8 1LW during normal office
hours please call 01253 658658 or view online at
www.fylde.gov.uk The Licensing Authority must receive
representations by the date given above. The Licensing
Authority will have regard to any such representation in
considering the application. It is an offence, under section
158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly
make a false statement in or in connection with an
application for premises licence and the maximum fine on
summary conviction is unlimited.
